An opportunity to the overseas workers to get a Work Visa to work in New Zealand if they have genuine, sustainable and acceptable offer of employment from the NZ employer.
The currency and duration of the visa will be based on the remuneration offered by the NZ employer which could either be six months or three years as per the recent policy changes.
The employer has to establish that there are no local New Zealand residents or citizens available to fill the required role. An offer of employment can be made to an overseas worker ONLY WHEN the employer has exhausted all avenues to recruit and train local people.
